The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has issued an Amber Alert for 2 year old Shannon Yusuf Ingram. He goes by Yusef. He is a Black boy with brown hair and brown eyes.
Yusef was last seen wearing a blue Baby Shark hoodie, gray jeans and blue slip on shoes.
Police believe Yusef was taken from an Apple Valley address by his father, Shannon Duwayne Ingram who does not have custody of the child.
